Meet the Pastor
Ed Rees, Pastor
Ed Rees ("Rev. Ed") is a native of Waycross, Georgia, but has lived in the Augusta area for more than twenty years.
He graduated from Davidson College in 1979 with a degree in Economics, and enjoyed careers in commercial banking, health care administration and state government before entering Erskine Theological Seminary in 2002. He graduated from Erskine in January, 2007 with a Masters of Divinity and became the pastor of Saint Andrew in July of 2007.
He has a son, Richard, who is a freshman at Greenbrier High School, and a daughter, Lee Anne, who is in the sixth grade at Riverside Middle School. When not "churching," Rev. Ed enjoys reading, movies, riding his bike, and hanging out with his golden retriever, Calvin.
